Shear Genius Mood Board

I have decided to create what I call a "mood board" for at least most of the parties I do , that way if I am doing the party for someone else then I know that we are thinking along the same lines as far as color, and style. But I will probably still do them just for my own parties to keep myself on track. This board is for my friend's Beauty school graduation party that I have given the name "Shear Genius"

Beauty School Graduation Party Ideas

My good friend Amber has recently graduated from Cosmetology School and I want to throw her an amazing bash that suites her personality. Here are some of the images that have inspired me so far. I have decided to go with a fun hot pink,white,and silver theme with circular patterns and swirls and lots of bling!I also know that I want to set up a pink and white candy buffet and maybe even give miniature cotton candy as favors!I want to use the message board pictured to let all of the guests leave her a congratulatory message and then give her the board as a gift! I will have a mood board to post within a couple of days.

What's Not To Love About Zooey Deschanel

Did someone say Quirky? That she is, the simply stunning Zoey Deschanel , known for films like "Elf", "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy", "Failure To Launch" ( she was absolutley hysterical in this movie ), and my personal favorite "Almost Famous" is also known for her style. Often described as effortless quirky glam, her style is congruant with her choice in film roles, and her music selection. She is currently on tour around the US to promote her new album She and Him Volume One, this CD is nothing short of AMAZING. Her voice is so remanisent of Billie Holiday or Ella Fitzgerald , she wrote most of the songs herself with the exception of the few classics that they covered. The Cd is good to be happy to, good to be sad to...it's just plain good. BUY IT!
