Lego my birthday party!

I played with legos as a child and so did my brother....and so did every other child in America (probably). Although the world is no technology driven, with electronic learning games now available for 2 year olds, legos have maintained their popularity. This classic toy is a wonderful starting point for a child's birthday party, providing multiple vibrant colors and numerous activities. When you can turn these blocks into anything that your imagination creates...the party possibilities are endless!! Also I have noticed that legos are making their way into other markets besides just toys these days, with this knife, fork, and spoon set from Urban Outfitters you can eat with your legos too! I also found this awesome legos lamp online, lego ice cube trays, lego candies. Legos aren't just for kids either...this party could become and adult party with just a few twists, garnish cocktails ( or lego-tinis ! ) with lego figurines , fill vases with legos before you add the flowers for a fun touch....let your imagination run wild when you throw this block filled bash!!

Scrabble-icious Sofas!

These funky sofas inspired by the beloved classic board game Scrabble were designed by Stephen Reed (industrial design) exclusively for the employees of the London offices of Bloomberg Financial Services. I wish so badly that they were up for sale ...but tragically they are not available for purchase at this time.

What's Not To Love About Liv Tyler?

Daughter of rock legend Steven Tyler...Liv Tyler has quickly become one of my favorite actresses. Some of her best movie appearances include Lord of The Rings (of course), That Thing You Do (my personal favorite movie of hers), as well as Armageddon. You can most recently see her in "Strangers" and "The Hulk".It is evident to me that Liv Tyler is full of charm and also a passion for what she does.

You Sank My Battleship!

So many occasions come to mind when I see these nifty ice trays! Going away party for someone who is going on a boat trip around the world, or for a friend or family member leaving to go into the navy. Wonderful idea for a game night ( just make sure you play Battleship )You could also use these for a land and sea theme alongside an assortment of seafood, perfect for a Titanic themed party, or a wedding shower for a couple going on a cruise for their honeymoon! The possibilities are endless!....you can find them at fredflare.com !
